SUPPORTING LIVING COLOUR WITH WAYWARD SONS IN JULY.

Wisconsin-bred guitarist Jared James Nichols returns to the UK supporting Living Colour on their July 2019 UK Tour alongside Wayward Sons. He will also play a headline show at the Boston Music Room in London on Thursday 18th July.

To coincide with Jared’s return to the UK, he will self-release a brand-new single: Nails In The Coffin on Friday 28th June on Old Glory Music. The single was recorded in Los Angeles and was produced and co-written by Mark Jackson and Ian Scott. The duo is best known for being the team behind the artist Dorothy and the hit single The River by Bishop Briggs.

Jared says about the new single: “This song has many different meanings. It is about overcoming the odds, always pushing forward. Never backing down or giving up to anything or anyone. This song is meant to uplift and inspire.”

This year was a ground-breaking year for Jared as Gibson/Epiphone released his Signature Model Les Paul Custom Guitar along with the release of the Blackstar Amps JJN-20R MKII. Read an interview with Jared about his Signature Epiphone here

Both models are receiving rave reviews and the first runs are already selling out as he makes his way across Europe showing them off at exclusive in store performances in between his tour dates. You can catch him next in the UK on Monday 15th July at Peach Guitars in Colchester.

Hailed as one of the most exciting new blues rock guitarists around, Jared is no stranger to UK audiences. In 2015 he embarked on a full European tour with Lynyrd Skynyrd, followed by an extensive UK tour supporting the legendary Glenn Hughes, where he won over critics with across-the-board rave reviews. He also toured with Stone Broken and opened the Planet Rock Main Stage at Ramblin’ Man Fair 2017.
