The Loyal Order smash home their live debut - exclusive video interview
Last summer, vocalist Jeff Buehner made a flying visit over to the UK for a European-exclusive video interview with Mark Taylor to talk about the creation of The Loyal Order, the making of the promo videos and the reasons why they waited for the right moment to hit the live stage.
Subsequent to this interview, The Loyal Order has just made their long-awaited live debut on Friday 27th September 2019 in their hometown of Portland, Oregon as special guests to Puddle Of Mudd at a sold out Bossanova Ballroom.
The band is formed around the songwriting partnership of Jeff Buehner and Black N' Blue guitarist Brandon Cook. The Loyal Order originated as a studio project several years ago when Jeff Buehner teamed up with Brandon to write a theme song for a regional outdoor hunting reality show. The resulting song 'Off the Grid (Superhuman)' was aired regionally in the Pacific North West for two seasons.
Since then, The Loyal Order has been building a firm fan-base gradually releasing songs in video form only. Their latest release 'Ready For Dead' has been viewed a staggering 200,000 times in various music sharing platforms.
LT of the Music Street Journal website witnessed the debut performance from The Loyal Order and said: "The debut show at the Bossanova Ballroom in Portland was an over the top performance, especially for their first time in front of an audience, which in this case was sold out to capacity with at least a hundred VIPs to see them at the night of the promoter’s Birthday celebration.
The event was long prepared for and they brought the house down and then partied with everyone throughout the main act, Puddle Of Mudd. With lead vocalist/front man, Jeff Buehner in full cry, Black 'N Blue's Brandon Cook in searing fashion, and bass playing partner, Patrick Young, also bringing his world class playing and singing skills to the table. They pulverized the crowd with a ferocious set of tracks including, ‘Ready For Dead’, ‘The River’, ‘Sabachthani’ and ‘Off The Grid (Superhuman)’. Their next show promises to be another killer night opening for an even more well known global act."
The Loyal Order is currently being marketed by Thom Hazaert of EMP, the metal label founded by Dave Ellefson of thrash titans Megadeth. A full-length album is expected to be released early next year.
